Karapetian exhibited a beautiful voice. . . sang the difficult Sempre Libera quite well, the duet with Germon was breathtaking.
International Opera Reviews, 2008, La Traviata

Young Armenian-American soprano Noune Karapetian as Micaela had a distinctive timbre and a lovely presence
Boston Phoenix, 2008, Carmen

In this Carmen, Micaela was no passive instrument of fate but unnervingly powerful in Karapetian's exquisite performance.
GateHouse News Service, 2008, Carmen

Clear  vocal line, wonderful technique and pleasing, flawless delivery. She  can also act and flirt and dazzle when on stage and her Nedda did all that to the immense pleasure of the audience. Her performance was mesmerizing. She is an extraordinary talent, indeed., 2007, I Pagliacci

Ms.  Karapetian made the most of a bright, rich, warm voice that somehow seemed vulnerable and powerful at the same time. Solid acting made the performance work on all levels.
HippoPress, 2007, I Pagliacci

One  of my favorite moments of 2008 - Noune Karapetian stepping triumphantly  at the last minute into the role of Violetta for Granite State Opera  and reducing us all to sobbing wrecks in the final act of La Traviata.
